A source told DailyMail,”Ioan [Gruffudd] had no choice but to up his legal fight over Alice [Evans]. She had become increasingly volatile and seemingly intent on destroying her career with her character assassination of her. I hope this will put an end to it.”
Evans has been continuously posting personal and emotional parts of her divorce and the court battles on her social media, like Instagram, including a video of her scanning through a court document about her ex-partner and their relationship with the children.
Gruffudd requested joint custody of Ella and Elsie, while Evans filed for sole custody.
