The Nigeria Award Scholarship is specifically called Computer Based Test (CBT) Scholarship for Nigerian Students for both Postgraduate Students, Undergraduate students from government Universities, Polytechnics, colleges and School of nursing across the country.
This scholarship is designed and initiates to support Nigerian students with funds to maintain their commitments, the Nigeria Award Scholarship is usually open each year to any eligible Nigerian student studying in federal tertiary institutions across the nation.

Nigeria Award Scholarship Eligibility
- Applicants show possess a Minimum of first degree qualification with at least second Class upper division (this is applicable for postgraduate students studies in public tertiary institutions in Nigeria).
- Applicants to be eligible must be a registered as a full time students of public tertiary institutions (State and or federal universities).
- Applicants other than the NCE, HND, and or UG must be registered full time students in their 2rd year and or above in public tertiary institutions (State or federal universities, Polytechnics Monotechnis and or colleges of education across Nigeria).
- Applicants must attain a minimum of 4.0 CGPA (Cumulative Grade Points Aggregate) on the overall 5 point scale and or its equivalent 5.0 on the overall 7 point scale.
- An Applicants Should not held another scholarship Award at the same time.
Benefits of Nigeria Award Scholarship 2024/2025
Eligible Nigerian students who meets all the requirements and passed the computer based test (CBT) will receive a sum of N150,000 each per session for University Students and while Polytechnics and Colleges will receive a sum of N75,000 each per session. - University Students: Students will benefit with the sum of N150,000 Thousand
- Polytechnic Students: Students will be benefit with the sum of N75,000 Thousand
- College Students: Students will benefit with the sum of N75,000 Thousand
Third Session 2025:
- University Students: Students will benefit with the sum of N150,000 Thousand
- Polytechnic Students: Students will be benefit with the sum of N75,000 Thousand
