FUOTUOKE Post UTME Form Eligibility
Candidates to be qualified for FUOTUOKE admission into 2024/2025 academic session must meet the following conditions:
- Candidates must have choose the FUOTUOKE as their first choice and must have scored a minimum of 140 marks in both 2024 UTME and Post UTME.
- Candidates must have five (5) credits in “O” Level results, includes mathematics and English Language in not more than two Settings Exam.
- Candidates must have made correct subject combination for Post UMTE, is all depends on the course you applied for
- Candidates who did not choose the University as their choice of admission but wishes to study into the University can apply for the change of institution if the candidates score a minimum of 140 in 2024 UTME. To change institution from university he/she choose to the FUOTUOKE must complete on JAMB website.

2. Make payment of Two Thousand Naira (N2000) to any commercial banks and or make payment online by using your ATM card.
3. Uploads a Cleared PDF documents of the following:
- A Recent Passport photography
- Birth certificate/ Declaration of age
- “O” Level results ( NECO, WAEC, NABTED and or equivalent certificate)
- A Letter of Indigent ( LGA Letter of Identification)
