Federal ministry of education is calls an applications from suitable and qualified applicants for its 2024/2025 Bilateral Education Agreement (BEA) Scholarship for Nigerians who wishes to studies abroad. Undergraduate Application Form Eligibility
All applicants for undergraduate degree courses must meets the following Criterias:
- Applicants should possess at least five credits (5) As and Bs in WAEC/WASSCE Conducted in May/June subjects relevant to their fields of study including English Language and Mathematics.
- Applicants Should be between the Age Limit of 18 to 20 years.
Postgraduate Application Form Eligibility
All applicants for postgraduate degree courses must meets the following Criterias:
- An Applicants Must hold a first bachelor degree with at least second Class upper division and or first class honors division Applicants must have completed NYSC discharge and or letter
- Applicants for Masters programmes must have a limit of 35 years and above and while applicants for Ph.D Programmes must be 40 years old and or above.

Requirements For Physical Screening
Applicants selected for this Bilateral Education Agreement BEA, by Scholarship board is expected to submit the following requirements to federal ministry of education. The requirements are outlined below:
- Academic qualifications
- An Applicants data record of the recent International Passport
- An Applicants Medical report issue by government hospitals
- An Applicants National Identity Number (NIN)
- An Applicants police report by the DPO cleared applicants that he/she is not been convicted any offense

- Applicants are to Visit official Website for Federal Ministry of Education at https://education.gov.ng and select bilateral education agreement from the available federal ministry of education scholarships.
- Applicants Should Sign up an account using valid email address, active phone number and strong password, and fill all the requires informations carefully!
- Applicants shall upload a Cleared Recent Passport photography and click Continues application
- Applicants are advised to print examination Slip, once the application form is successfully submitted.
NB:
- Since the countries offering Bilateral Education Agreement (BEA) scholarships, are non English speaking, applicants should be ready to undertake a mandatory one year language course in the selected country official language, which will serve as the primary medium of instruction.
- Applicants for Japan must possess a strong foundation in advanced mathematics.
- Candidates applying for Bachelor’s degrees in Imamat, Quranic Teaching Professor, or Imam Preacher Training for Islamic Religious Studies in Algeria must hold a WASSCE/WAEC certificate, as no other certificates will be accepted.
- Hungarian Scholarship applicants may apply for up to two fields of study in order of preference and must visit the official website: www.stipendiumhungaricum.hu, which is expected to open between October and November 2024. They should: Complete the online application form, Print and bring the completed form to the interview venue, along with other required documents.
- Applicants for Russian Postgraduate Scholarships must have earned their first degree in Russia.
- All applicants must upload their certificates online.
- The duration of Serbian undergraduate scholarships is eight years for general courses and nine years for Medicine. Postgraduate programs last 3-4 years for Master’s degrees (MSc) and 5-6 years for PhDs.
